The Hold by Revelry was spotted!!!

So what is The Hold?

A barrel-aging, koelschip (which is a shallow open fermenter that pulls in which fresh wort is exposed to wild yeast and microfauna) and bottle shop facility. Located just two-minutes drive from the main brewery, The Hold will be Revelry’s second location. It will focus on sour, wild and barrel-aged (BA) products. Can’t wait for them to open!!!
