SkyZone of Charleston

South Carolina Aquarium
The South Carolina Aquarium, located in Charleston, South Carolina, opened on May 19, 2000 on the historic Charleston Harbor. It is home to more than ten thousand plants and animals including North American river otters, loggerhead sea turtles, alligators, great blue herons, owls, lined seahorses, jellyfish, pufferfish, green moray eels, horseshoe crabs, sea stars, pythons, and sharks. The largest exhibit in the zoo is the Great Ocean Tank, which extends from the first to the third floor of the Aquarium and is the deepest tank in North America (42 feet); it holds more than 385,000 US gallons of water and contains more than seven hundred animals. The Aquarium also features a Touch Tank, where visitors may touch horseshoe crabs, Atlantic stingrays, and other marine animals.
Their mission is to inspire conservation of the natural world by exhibiting and caring for animals, by excelling in education and research, and by providing an exceptional visitor experience. The South Carolina Aquarium is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. They rely on the support of our paying guests, members, foundations and the generosity of our donors.

Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry
The Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry is a 501(c)3 non-profit that features nine hands-on interactives, including a two-story Medieval Castle, a life-sized Lowcountry Pirate Ship and a dedicated Art Room where little ones can channel their inner Leo Sewell, a famous recyclables sculptor, as everyday recyclables take on a whole new life. Made just for little ones, The Publix Market is always bustling with shoppers and children hone their math skills as they weigh the amount of fruit they want to purchase or count currency to pay their grocery bills. We are bee farm and a interactive zoo. We make high quality products from the honey and beeswax. We focus on educating the public about the importance of the honeybees. We also have a great love for animals, and love to share that passion by providing opportunities for unique animal experiences. Whether it is providing childhood memories that will last a lifetime, or a chance to escape from the craziness of life; the interactions are soothing for the soul of, both the humans and the furry and not so furry animals.
Center for Birds of Prey
The Center is located just 16 miles north of downtown Charleston in Awendaw, which is part of the Bulls Bay Historic Passage, a relatively undeveloped and pristine natural area that includes parts of Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge and Francis Marion State Forest. The Center’s large public facility, aptly named Wingswood, allows visitors the opportunity to experience birds of prey in a natural setting and to learn more about avian science and environmental conservation. Visit and discover the life of raptors through guided walking tours, natural history discussions, and captivating flight demonstrations. The Center’s public facility is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays allowing visitors access to one of the nation’s largest and most diverse collections of live birds of prey including eagles, owls, falcons, and more!
Admission: Adults - $18, Youth (6-18) - $12, Children under 6 - Free. Private group programs are available at a special rate. Discounts are offered for senior citizens, active-duty military, and AAA members.
Coastal Climbing Gym
Coastal Climbing welcomes children 5 and up. We recommend that you visit our facility before bringing your child to familiarize yourself with our climbing enviroment. We do not offer kids group sessions or birthday parties but if you are looking for personalised instruction you can schedule a QUICK CLASS and one of our instructors will tailor a class to your childs needs.
Please note that minors 14 and under are required to be closely supervised while in the facility by an adult over the age of 18.
We require a strict adult supervisor ratio of one supervisor per two children. We do not provide staff assistance for children unless you book a quick class. Please come prepared to supervise your children while they engage in the sport of indoor climbing.
Come have fun on our park with floating features on the water. We are based at Trophy Lakes on Johns Island, only a short drive from downtown Charleston.

Pro Bowl with an 11.5-foot deep end (18 in. of vert), an 8-foot deep side pocket (6 in. of vert) and a 6-foot deep shallow end.
Intermediate Bowl with a 7-foot deep end and a 5-foot shallow end.
Both bowls are adorned with Tedder Stone pool coping. Street course is over 315-feet long and contains three pieces of “skate art” and three pieces of marble.
Our brand new indoor park includes jumping activities such as Olympic trampolines, two basketball hoops, a designated toddler area for children, wipe out, ultimate dodgeball, a giant airbag, ninja course and of course, a bunch of interconnected trampolines to experience adventure on every visit. We aren’t just a trampoline park, we’re an adventure park!
