The Darling Oyster Bar: Best Seafood Spot in Downtown Charleston
One of the best seafood spots in downtown Charleston, in my opinion, located right on upper King Street is the Darling Oyster Bar.
Their fresh raw bar and full menu will impress any sea lover. Check out the fun cocktail and beer list while you enjoy the vintage ambiance of the building, which is housed in a lovingly restored 115-year-old storefront.
While you sit, make sure to scout out the Bluestein building through the window. It's one of my favorite buildings downtown. The beautiful blue tile work is something I’ve always fantasized about using to decorate the inside of my own home.
